I stayed at La Casona De La Luz for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The price was very affordable and I had a large bedroom all to myself, with a separate bathroom. The underfloor heating kept me cozy, although some may find it slightly cool in winter. The kitchen facilities were excellent, with everything I needed to cook my own meals. Gabriel, the host, was incredibly friendly and even gave me a walking tour of the town, sharing interesting stories and legends. The historic building had a charming ambiance that I loved. Definitely recommended for those interested in culture and history.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great value for money with comfortable beds, clean rooms and a beautiful terrace with fabulous views. The owner, Gabriel, was a fantastic host who shared the interesting history of the 1000-year-old property and even took me on an evening walking tour to learn about the town's legends.
Breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

I keep coming back because it has parking and everything I need: Wi-Fi, kitchen, sports trainer, VIP check-in/out, yoga & massage, children's play area. Perfect for a city break. The staff helped me find parking first time.

The rooms had a unique design with glass at the top, allowing natural light to filter in. However, this did mean that some light from neighboring rooms could be seen during the early morning hours. Despite this, the beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The highlight of the stay was the terrace on the top of the building, offering breathtaking views over the city. Additionally, parking was readily available on the road outside.

Mind-blowing cozy house with super nice common kitchen. Basic lodging, but insanely clean and friendly. Jaw-dropping kittens in the back yard, invited to pet by staff. Back yard used for concert but over before we got back. Excellent price, large bedroom for four with separate bathroom. Slept well, great underfloor heating. Cool kitchen facilities with everything you need. Host Gabriel is super friendly and helpful. Very quiet area. Incredibly welcoming guests and owner, never ate alone. Unbelievably nice people cooked extra food to share. Charming city and helpful locals.

Nothing, all excellent.

The communal kitchen and lounge area was a great space for all guests. The view from there was amazing and added to the overall ambiance. I enjoyed having access to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with pots, plates, and cutlery. It made it easy to prepare my own meals. The quick cooker was a bonus, even though the touch sensitive plate took some getting used to. I appreciated the variety of books available to read and the comfy chairs to relax in.
That my bedroom tended to be cold overnight, especially with the cold weather outside. It would have been great if there was better heating in the rooms.
